3. How to cleanse?

a. Water Cleansing: Submerge the amulet in a bowl of clean, lukewarm water. Add a pinch of sea salt to the water. Gently swirl the water and amulet with your hand, imagining the negative energy being washed away. Leave the amulet in the water for a few hours or overnight. Rinse the amulet thoroughly with fresh, clean water to remove any salt residue.

b. Smudging: Use smudging herbs like white sage, palo santo, incense, or Soluna Mist. Light the smudging herb and allow it to produce smoke. Hold the amulet in the smoke and visualize the negative energy dissipating. Pass the amulet through the smoke several times.
